* Test different pieces of content to see which generates the biggest response from your audiences.
* Research relevant topics online to see what the most predominant trends are within your industry. One of the things that is important to note here as well is not to be too afraid to have opinions about such trending topics within your industry (within reason of course) as it will help people to get to know your brand on a more personal level.
When you combine the insights from such research with the 80/20 rule the right way round –80% ADDING VALUE AND 20% PROMOTING YOURSELF– you will find that you will achieve far better reach and engagement (as long as your audience targeting is correct of course).
